We're seeking an experienced and fast thinking individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant!

As a Virtual Assistant at Nextshore, you will play a vital role in assisting our executives and partners in various administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on their core business objectives. Your versatility, exceptional organizational skills, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service will be key in building strong and lasting relationships with our clients.

What you'll do

  • Provide professional and reliable virtual assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist in managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized inbox.
  • Support project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant in US B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using various productivity tools and software (e.g., Slack, Google Cloud Suite, project management tools).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently, while also being a team player.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
